A Ferris wheel on the north side of the Tuileries Garden, seen in front of buildings on rue de Rivoli. between rue du 29 Juillet and rue Saint-Roch. This was the second instance of a wheel set up in the garden, its height of almost 200 feet allowed people to enjoy breathtaking views over the river Seine, the champs-Élysées, the Louvre Museum and the rest of Paris from its 48 gondolas.
