A policeman looking at a tourist’s pictures in front of Notre-Dame.

A police officer reviewing the work of an amateur photographer in Parvis Notre-Dame. The policemen had just arrested some musicians in front of the church, and the dozens of people gathered in the square had taken pictures. With dozens if not hundreds of people with cameras there, they would have needed as many police officers to keep people from photographing the cops.
