The main façade of the New England Telephone building at 185 Franklin Street, seen from Milk Street after the Post Office Square Garage had been torn down. The skyscraper features a four-story-tall art-déco entry and murals in the lobby depicting the history of the telephone, starting with Alexander Graham Bell in 1876.
